The Digital Marketing Analyst manages paid media accounts and assists Digital Marketing leadership in 

executing digital marketing and eCommerce growth strategies. They would also help in defining and executing campaigns, and work to measure and report the effectiveness of efforts internally and to clients on a regular basis. This position requires the ability to interact as an individual contributor and leader within teams of internal, client, and third party personnel to achieve client objectives. The ability to deliver high quality work aligned with guidance from leadership is critical to success in this role.


The Digital Marketing Analyst will be responsible for learning and evangelizing industry best practices across digital marketing tactics such as paid media, paid search, retargeting, analytics, tag management, SEO, contentmarketing, email marketing, marketing automation, lead generation, and media and measurement strategy. The Digital Marketing Analyst will report directly to the Digital Marketing Manager of the Digital Marketing practice within Siteworx.

The Digital Marketing Analyst will also be responsible for obtaining and maintaining proficient competencies (up to and including industry and product certification) in key digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Exchange, LinkedIn Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and more.


  • Assist in detailed requirements gathering for digital marketing and eCommerce efforts.
  • Develop competencies in Insite Software offerings and solutions.
  • Develop competitive insight for industries and individual clients.
  • Research competitive sites and digital trends in support of development of digital marketing strategies.
  • Conduct detailed analyses of Clients’ current strategies, capabilities, and processes across channels.
  • Create and refine recommendations based on analysis and synthesis of requirements, research, and potential solutions.
  • Identify and report meaningful business KPIs, while monitoring and optimizing the ROI for digital campaigns.
  • Create and execute campaigns across a variety of digital channels, using paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Demonstrate high levels of competence in utilizing paid media platforms such as: Google AdWords, Bing Ads, AdRoll, and/or RocketFuel.
  • Apply knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to assist implementation of tag management, analytics, SEO, and paid media efforts.
  • Demonstrate understanding and experience with web analytics and tag management platforms, specifically Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team in developing best practices for digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Comfortably deliver work to client representatives, internal and industry SMEs, and partners.
