Requirements


  • Great work ethic – someone who takes initiative to go beyond their job duties (takes ownership of responsibilities and projects)
  • Sense of urgency in regards to follow-up and follow-through. Detail oriented
  • High organized Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to successfully multitask among CONSTANT interruptions
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Team player! Always looking to help out a colleague


Responsibilities: 

  • First point of contact for all visitors and phone calls 
  • Seasonal decorator! Also, helping maintain the cleanliness of the office –especially conference rooms and common spaces
  • Maintain supply and office service-related vendor relationships
  • Work with the Manager, Facilities & Administration to ensure purchases and parties follow company policy
  • Serve as the point of contact for organization for all meetings held in the office as well as overseeing conference room calendars
  • Plan and execute a variety of corporate events (aka parties) with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate and distribute mail
  • Provide general administrative support to the CEO
