Do you like to throw parties? Yes?! Great! Do you consider yourself an organized party planner?  Fabulous! We are looking someone just like you! We need a professional party planner aka Office Assistant in our downtown Chicago office.

  • First point of contact for all visitors and phone calls 
  • Seasonal decorator! Also, helping maintain the cleanliness of the office –especially conference rooms and common spaces
  • Maintain supply and office service-related vendor relationships
  • Work with the Manager, Facilities & Administration to ensure purchases and parties follow company policy
  • Serve as the point of contact for organization for all meetings held in the office as well as overseeing conference room calendars
  • Plan and execute a variety of corporate events (aka parties) with minimal supervision
  • Coordinate and distribute mail
